Shipping Options:
Place an order by 2:00p.m. (EST) we will get it out the same day, this is important to us, so that you get your merchandise promptly. We ship UPS everyday! On international orders will use the Postal Service on your request. On large merchandise we do use truck freight (Example: Quarter Panels). Next Day Air and Second Day Air is available for your convenience at an extra charge. Please call for rates.

Payment Choices:
We offer many payment options for your convenience. We accept MasterCard, VISA, and Discover credit cards. We can ship your order C.O.D. if you choose at an extra charge. Money orders and checks are gladly accepted through the mail, as well.

Pricing:
We will attempt to maintain the prices in this catalog. However, because of today’s changing market, we reserve the right to change the price or withdraw products without notice. Prices are subject to change without notice due to the fact that our suppliers change them on us without notice. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Backorder Policy:
Backorders will automatically be shipped as inventory is replenished unless otherwise specified when the order is placed. Any mailed-in prepaid orders stating "No Backorders" will be promptly refunded.

Return Policy:
All returns must be made with a receipt within a reasonable time. All items must be returned in the original packaging you received it in. Some returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Sorry, no returns on electrical items.
